ПРОБЛЕМА АДАПТАЦІЇ ОСОБИСТОСТІ ЯК СОЦІАЛЬНО-ПСИХОЛОГІЧНИЙ ФЕНОМЕН: ТЕОРЕТИЧНЕ ОБҐРУНТУВАННЯ

Анотація
Стаття є комплексним аналізом витоків та оцінки сучасного стану теоретичної системи координат феномену адаптації мігрантів, вимушених мігрантів та переміщених осіб. Авторами пропонується розглядати адаптацію як багатовимірний феномен, а також указується на різке підвищення актуальності проблематики адаптації вимушених мігрантів з України в країнах ЄС у світлі російської агресії та безпрецедентної кількості українців зі статусом тимчасового захисту. Як найбільш евристична стратегія концептуалізації феномену адаптації пропонується синтетичний (синтез структури та агентності) та міждисциплінарний підходи, які дають змогу використати теоретичні та емпіричні напрацювання різних дисциплін із соціальних та поведінкових наук. За допомогою використання методологічних ідей про наукові дослідницькі програми філософа науки І. Лакатос проаналізовано еволюцію психологічного дискурсу про адаптацію в контексті потреб і викликів вимушених мігрантів та переміщених осіб. Ідентифіковано конфліктні імперативи, з якими стикається Українська держава (адаптація, повернення, реадаптація). Також указується на наявність гострої потреби у сприянні поверненню українських громадян додому. У статті пропонується дефініція адаптації як сукупності змін, що переживають індивіди або групи. Ці зміни є відповіддю на еволюцію середовища або набором реакцій за переміщення до нового середовища. Указується, що такі реакції мають бути адекватними ситуації та йти на користь індивіду та групі як із погляду ментального здоров’я, так і збереження та покращання соціально-економічного статусу.
