Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of innovative forms of teaching masters of specialty 242 “Tourism” of the educational program “Management in tourism and hospitality”. It is proved that this contingent of applicants has such defining features as learning experience, professional experience, which means that this category of students have excellent motivation in choosing goals and proposed teaching methods. In the article the authors consider innovative forms of education used in the educational process by the Department of Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant of Zaporizhzhya National University. The following classification is offered: internal innovations (internal), methodological innovations, managerial (administrative) innovations and ideological innovations. It is established that in today's conditions a graduate of a higher education institution must be a competitive, in-demand specialist in the labor market, which provides a high level of general development, knowledge and communication capabilities, high professionalism and ability to make independent decisions. It is proved that a graduate of a higher education institution must have skills of non-standard thinking and productive adaptation to the current changing conditions. Innovative pedagogical activity is defined as one of the important factors of success of educational activity of any educational institution. It is argued that on the one hand, innovations create a basis for creating competitiveness of educational institutions in the market of educational services, and on the other – set the vector of professional development of teachers, their creative pursuits and contribute to the development of student personality. The study considers the issue of improving the effectiveness of learning as one of the oldest and most relevant in the learning process. It is noted that with the advent of new information, technology, the Internet, smartphones and tablets, there have been changes in how users use these achievements in everyday life. Changes in the technological sphere affect not only the educational sector, but also continue to directly affect the processes taking place in it. The article presents an algorithm for conducting an interactive lesson with students, which will help increase their general cultural development and further improve computer skills, the formation of professional competencies and increase the level of learning motivation.
