THE STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL MODEL OF THE PREPARATION OF THE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS’ FOR INTRODUCTION OF DIALOGUE FORMS OF LEARNING

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issue of preparing primary school teachers for the introduction of dialogue forms of education. The author notes that the effectiveness of this training depends primarily on updating the content, teaching and methodological support, creating an educational environment in the educational institution and the motivation of the teacher. Using the modeling method, a study of the process of readiness of primary school teachers to implement dialogic forms of learning using a structural and functional model. The author clarifies and generalizes the interpretation of the definition of ”model”, reveals the existence of different approaches to the concept of ”readiness”, considers its components. It is noted that this model is an imaginary and implemented system of forming the readiness of primary school teachers to implement dialogic forms of learning in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education, which is based on appropriate approaches and principles, has a dynamic, open and flexible nature. The model reflects the structure of the formation of readiness of primary school teachers to implement dialogic forms of education in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education throughout education, both in the course period and in the intercourse. The proposed model consists of four blocks. The target block outlines the purpose and objectives of the study of the issue of preparing primary school teachers for the introduction of dialogue forms of learning. The methodical block reveals the approaches and principles that form the content of advanced training courses in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. The content block contains the content of the course and intercourse period and self-educational activities of primary school teachers. Attention is paid to methods and forms of teaching, pedagogical conditions are outlined, didactic support of teachers in the conditions of the New Ukrainian school is considered. The results-reflective block describes the criteria, indicators and levels of readiness of primary school teachers to implement dialogic forms of learning. The urgency of the topic related to the reform and implementation of the Concept of the New Ukrainian School and the State Standard of Primary Education in practice is determined.
