Abstract

The development of environmental education should be based on a synthesis of three main approaches (trends) that exist today: trends in the formation of modern environmental ideas, trends in the formation of a fundamentally new attitude to nature and trends in new strategies and technologies of interaction with nature. Given the study of the phenomenology of professional training of future educators to form environmentally sound behavior of preschool children, it is necessary to clearly define the methodological approaches to its understanding and feasibility. In the general interpretation, methodology means a universal toolkit of scientific knowledge of a particular phenomenon. In pedagogical science, methodology determines a system of principles, methods of organization, construction of theoretical and practical activities; doctrine of the basics of cognition and transformation of pedagogical reality. Methodological principles are specified in the form of pedagogical paradigms, approaches, concepts, systems, technologies. The article reveals the peculiarities of methodological approaches (systemic, synergetic, personal-activity, axiological, culturological, competence, environmental and technological) to the process of professional training of future educators for the formation of environmentally sound behavior in preschool children. The characteristics, structure and aspects of application of approaches are analyzed. The selection of methodological approaches we made on the basis of identifying their design capabilities, features of the subject, logic and objectives of the study, as well as in accordance with the innovative processes taking place today in the educational space of higher pedagogical school under the influence of its greening. research. The issues of this article are timely and relevant, as evidenced by the activities of international organizations that promote the greening of education, and documents of regulatory and legal support of environmental education in Ukraine.
