SUBJECTS OF FORMATION OF PARTNERSHIP RELATIONS OF ADOLESCENTS IN THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE SECONDARY EDUCATION INSTITUTION

Abstract

The role of the subjects of partnership development is decisive for adolescents, given that in this period a person develops a large number of traits and skills of personal identity, lays down the prerequisites for socialization, partnership, necessary for independent adult life, career growth, etc. Given the above, we can note the relevance of the study of scientific approaches to the composition, characteristics of the subjects of promoting the development of partnerships between adolescents in the educational environment. The purpose of the article is to systematize the subjects and areas in which they contribute to the formation of partnerships between adolescents in the educational environment. The study of the researched problems is carried out using a number of general theoretical and analytical methods. It is established that among the following methods used: the method of systematization is necessary for the formation of a systematic review of this area, in particular, the study of the problem of subjects and areas, which ensures the formation of the research process in the educational environment; method of comparative analysis, which is used to compare the views of the authors on these issues, to identify different and similar approaches to evaluation. It was found that the subjects of this category can be both teachers of the school educational environment and adolescents who learn and interact. It is proved that among the main directions of promoting the development of this phenomenon by these subjects are identified, in particular, the following: constructivist development, which is provided by the teacher and includes three phases that change depending on the development of operational components of this process by student partners ; direction of development of partnership pedagogy at the level of teacher-student with the use of motivational-value and operational-activity components; the direction of development of tolerance, which is a component of the motivational and value component of this phenomenon; the direction of activation of the personal characteristic socialization which provides development of motivationalvalue, cognitive and operational-activity component of partner relations of teenagers; the direction of creating reflective conditions of partnership.
