Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the development of leadership potential in adolescence. As a result of the theoretical analysis of the problem, it was found that the process of forming an effective leader largely depends on the appropriate conditions created for this. Thus, the study of sociopsychological domestic and foreign literature on leadership has shown that there are different approaches to the study of the phenomenon of leadership, in the structure of which can be traced the factors of formation of leadership potential of the individual in adolescence. In the article on the basis of the theoretical analysis of primary sources on leadership problems were identified and considered socio-psychological factors of leadership development in adolescence as a complex phenomenon that combines individual and group characteristics of joint activities, which together ensure the successful achievement of group goals. The aim of the article was to highlight the socio-psychological factors of leadership potential formation in adolescence and to build a model of socio-psychological factors of leadership potential formation in adolescence. Having studied in detail all known theories and approaches to leadership, we have identified a number of sociopsychological factors of leadership development, which allowed us to build a model that reveals all the dependencies of leadership development on specific factors. In accordance with the consideration of a set of socio-psychological factors of leadership development in adolescence, a model was developed and analyzed which can be considered as a methodological basis for research and improvement of leadership potential of adolescents. Accordingly, the purpose and tasks to be solved by this model were determined. Modelling the process of formation of leadership potential in adolescence under the influence of selected sociopsychological factors took into account such approaches as: subject-activity, personality oriented, subject-subject, systemic, acmeological. During the construction of the model, the socio-psychological factors of the formation of leadership potential in adolescence were identified. The selected factors are divided into two general groups: external (objective-situational) and internal (subjective-personal).
