Abstract

The socio-psychological conditions of formation of a small group (sports team) as a subject of joint activity based on the complex interaction of individual and group activities depending on the characteristics of the main organization and the wider society are considered. The effectiveness of the activities (training and competition) of individual and group subjects occurs through the initiation and development of specific means – regulatory resources and depends on the organization of its subjective activity. The study took into account the fact that an athlete can become a subject, discover and realize their subjective potential only in various social associations. That is why it is so important that teams, which include athletes, especially training, act as integral entities. The nature of group subjectivity in sports teams with different types of interaction and groups of athletes of different qualifications is determined. The study involved qualified athletes aged 17–28 years (231 people) who were distributed on the principle of interaction of partners in teams and the level of qualification. Athletes were surveyed using a test questionnaire and methods of mathematical statistics (average values, nonparametric analysis of variance Kruskal – Wallis) were performed. It is noted that the highest data of group subjectivity were recorded in sports teams with a joint-synergistic type of interaction in terms of real subjectivity, and in teams with a joint-individual type of interaction in terms of reflective subjectivity. This is characterized by careful coordination of joint actions of athletes, their high sensitivity and density of intra-team relations necessary for a high group result. Athletes of different qualification groups have a dynamic indicator of reflective subjectivity, the dynamics of changes in indicators from the highest in the masters of sports of international class to the lowest in the group of athletes of the first category. The mechanism of interaction between the athlete and the team is the awareness of the nature and dynamics of this interaction through the prism of their own status or preparedness in the primary team and in the main team.
