METHODS OF FORMING PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES OF THE STUDENT TEACHER TRAINING

Abstract

The article deals with some aspects of teaching techniques in the formation of professional qualities of future teachers. Analyzed the meaning of "professional competence", "professional quality" and "professional quality teacher." Considered relationship between the concepts "professional competence of teachers" and "professional quality of teachers." The basic characteristic of professional competence formation is considered a specialist in complex professional knowledge, skills and experience that provides the willingness and ability vyko¬nannya problems profession. An important indicator of the readiness and ability of the student educational institution to future professional activity deemed formed professional quality - one of the prerequisites of effective occupation. Professional competence of teachers is seen as integrated education, where professional skills are considered a prerequisite for effective professional activity. The article highlighted and didactic methods of formation of certain kinds of professional skills of students of pedagogical universities. Examples of using their own teaching methods and techniques described in the scientific and methodological literature for conditions of formation of professional qualities of teachers. The system sets these methods must be an integral part of teaching methods of each of the disciplines. It is noted that in order to ensure favorable conditions for the formation of professional skills of future teachers should be developed a specific set of techniques for each discipline. Only if reasonable and prudent systematically use methods of instruction will be the formation of professional qualities of students of higher educational institutions teachers to facilitate their successful future professional development, professional self-improvement and self-development.
