WAYS OF FORMATION COLLECTIVE OF STUDENTS IN CONDITIONS OF NEW UKRAINIAN SCHOOL
Abstract
The article deals with the questions to the formation of the student collective through the introduction of the principles pedagogy of partnership as one of the main aspects of the functioning of the Concept of the New Ukrainian School based on the analysis of definitions of the collective. The ideas pedagogy of partnership are aimed at creating a society that is free from clichés and formalities. This new link must beat inert thinking, move to another level of interpersonal relationships. Such relationship begins in the educational institution, where the whole school community must work to create an optimal and psychologically safe educational environment that is free from bullying and harassment of self-expression of the members of the educational process. This are students and teachers of the educational institution. The article outlines the main possibilities and prospects for team building with pedagogy of partnership. It is the most optimal way to establish mutual understanding, respect and tolerance for others. The student collective can be formed only by establishing joint work of the teaching staff and the family has been shown in order to form a highly moral and positive personality of the child. The analysis of the basic definitions of the concept «collective» shows it is multifaceted nature, as it is considered not only within the pedagogical sciences. At the modern stage of development of society, the collective plays a major role in management, as it is impossible to manage an organization without corporate connections. In this regard, the teacher's personality is considered not only from the standpoint of the Concept of the New Ukrainian School, but also as a manager of the educational process. The necessity of motivation teachers to become a democratic leader who promotes quality and originality in the performance of work, the development of a creative approach to work, was prove. The democratic climate in the collective promotes the formation of friendly and open relationships between collective members, a sense of pride for common achievements and a willingness to share the difficulties of the collective.
