Abstract

In the article the structural components of readiness of future teacher are pointed to the management of students educational-cognitive activity, namely: (motivation, cognate-activity, reflexion-value). The study of scientifically pedagogical literature enabled to select and describe the criteria (motivation, cognate-activity, reflexion-value) of efficiency of administrative activity and levels of readiness of graduating students of higher educational establishments to administrative activity.
