The article is devoted to the little-studied question of teachers acting creative wellbeing in the context of preparation of the future expert. This scientific problem is multidisciplinary, so we consider it in several areas: neurophysiological, psychological, theatrical and pedagogical. The authors theoretically substantiate the leading condition defined by them in ensuring the effectiveness of the use of game training – the creative wellbeing of the acting teacher. There is a lack knowledge about the content and essence, forms and methods of forming the creative wellbeing of the teacher, which provides effective organization in the game workshops. The problem needs careful study. The article notes the lack of uniform terminology on this issue in modern research. The authors consider the content of such concepts as “wellbeing”, “creative wellbeing”, “inspiration”, “creative wellbeing of the acting teacher”. There is no general approach to the study of such productive states of the creative personality as inspiration. The study of a set of “symptoms” of the state of inspiration, which is part of the phenomenon of “creative wellbeing”, is not given enough attention in scientific, psychological, pedagogical, art studies. The article considers the neurophysiological principles of creative wellbeing, which substantiate inspiration as its semantic characteristic: the latest discoveries of neurophysiology regarding the influence of “mirror neurons” on the development of cognitive processes. The pedagogical aspect of the implementation of a certain condition in the modern educational space is covered, namely, different approaches to the study of inspiration and its importance in the training of future professionals and the impact of the teacher’s personality on students. The authors made attempts to find ways to influence the creative wellbeing of teachers and the mechanism of using this condition. We found the connection and dependence of creative wellbeing on the development of the teacher’s attention, his ability to concentrate, the level of his emotional intelligence and pedagogical skills. In the article, the authors focus on the use of relevant aspects of theatre pedagogy (Stanislavsky, Chekhov, Meyerhold) in game workshops, as well as on the research of psychologists who tried to rationalize the process of inspiration, to understand its nature. The authors present the definition of the concept of “creative wellbeing of a acting teacher” and the mechanism of realization of creative wellbeing as a leading condition for the use of game training in the training of future actors.
