The article reveals the introduction of digital technologies in out-of-school education, which opens a wide field for teachers and students activities, namely: creating conditions for creative, intellectual, spiritual and physical development of children and students in their free time, the introduction of qualitatively new forms and methods of organizing out-of-school activities of teenagers. On the example of Kropyvnytskyi, the author analyzes the unified educational network created in the city, which is maintained by the system administrator. In order to provide citizens with free access to information about educational institutions of the city, the project "Educational map of Kropyvnytskyi" has been implemented. Electronic registration services to out-of-school educational institutions of the city are working. The publication emphasizes that nowadays distance education is of current interest, which allows the creation of a self-education system and constant exchange of information and includes the following activities: providing educational materials for the students of the circle; control over task performance interactive cooperation between the circle manager and students; the possibility to quickly add new information to the course. In the process of distance learning in the organization of out-of-school activities and leisure, the following forms are used: chat classes and web classes. Media literacy, skills in working with technologies are crucial conditions for successful teachers. The author emphasizes that for organization of out-of-school activities it is better to choose powerful and effective educational platforms that will help create the necessary conditions for successful interaction of all the participants in the educational space: Kahoot, Quzizz, Idroo, Miro;; hangouts.; ClassTime system; ClassDojo virtual class. The article highlights the services with which you can organize distance learning: LMS (Learning management system – learning management system); Moodle (modular objectoriented dynamic learning environment), Google Classroom; free google service. These services allow to comprehensively cover all areas of out-ofschool activities of the participants in the educational process, to attract as many students as possible to a full life, which will not only help unleash the creative potential of students, but also adapt children’s life to pandemic conditions.
