Review policy

All articles coming to the edition “Financial Strategies of Innovative Economic Development” are undergoing a review process. The review aims to improve the quality of scientific articles published in the Bulletin by attracting the evaluation of materials of highly qualified experts who have sufficient experience of scientific work in the relevant area.

Scientific articles which made in strict accordance with the “Requirements for the design of articles” and have passed the primary control of the technical editor, are allowed to review. The reviewer may be a member of the editorial board of the Bulletin or a third-party specialist who has thorough knowledge in the relevant area.

The review is confidential, and the information about the article is not disclosed to anyone but the author and reviewers. The review is prepared no longer than 1 month after the receipt of the article. The review procedure is as follows: (a) The technical editor deletes information about the author(s) from the article, leaving only its title. (b) The article is emailed to the reviewer. (c) The reviewer who received the article fills out a typical review form. The review should provide a comprehensive and objective evaluation, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the article.

In case of refusal or need for revision of the article, the reviewer must provide a written reasoned explanation of the reasons for such a decision. The editorial decision is sent to the author(s). The revised version of the article is sent for re-reviewing. The final decision to publish the article is made by the editor-in-chief of the Bulletin, based on the received reviews. If the article is accepted for publication, the further work with it will be carried out in accordance with the rules of preparation of the edition.
